Export And Import

Globalmark adopts various models and creates organizational forms in order to encourage especially small and medium-sized enterprises to turn to foreign trade in their activities for the export and import of countries. In this context, it creates various models that support the advantages of economies of scale by voluntarily bringing together the capital, knowledge, production and experience of companies in their export and import activities. The purpose of this model, which has different applications in different countries, is essentially the same, which leads especially SMEs to export and import, thus creating more foreign trade opportunities.
With the sectoral foreign trade company model, Globalmark aimed to gather small and medium-sized enterprises in the same production area under an organization for export, to open up to world markets, to specialize in foreign trade and to operate more effectively in this way. The ultimate aim of this model is to increase exports by achieving economies of scale and increasing competitiveness.
By bringing together sectoral foreign trade companies by Globalmark Company, it is aimed to have a say in world markets and to carry out foreign trade in a more institutional manner on a sustainable basis.
Globalmark has brought alternative new generation advanced solutions to the problems faced by sectoral foreign trade companies in opening up to abroad. He classified these solutions with four basic functions: marketing, financing, technical and export operations.

Marketing Function

Globalmark assumes all responsibilities by preventing sectoral foreign trade companies from establishing permanent representation or direct marketing companies abroad and incurring extra costs. Globalmark approaches exports and imports from a more professional and sustainable perspective, not from a short-term perspective. For this reason, it can more consciously carry out activities aimed at finding new markets and increasing the market share of export products in existing markets and promoting them.

Financing Function

The two main elements with Globalmark's financing function are; means the financing of the producer and the customer abroad. The financing of the manufacturer is for both business activities and export transactions. While SMEs cannot benefit from banks sufficiently, Globalmark can overcome this problem. It can obtain loans from banks, especially Eximbank, at more favorable terms and make them available to its partners. When SMEs export themselves, they have to cover all export expenses. While some of these expenses are variable costs, an important part is fixed costs. Since many companies, which are Globalmark partners, carry out their export operations from a single source, there is a decrease in the fixed costs in question. This situation can bring about a noticeable relief to the problem of export financing. The financing of the customer/importer abroad is in the form of opening a loan to the importer. In this way, on the one hand, the customer's demand for the product is kept alive, on the other hand, exports can be increased in quantity.

Export Transactions Function

The export operations function covers all export-related issues (supply of raw materials, transportation and insurance of the product, customs clearance and storage of the product, etc.). The share of these transactions in the total cost is significantly reduced as the needs of many enterprises are fulfilled from a single source. Globalmark performs its export operations function in one of two ways, but usually using the latter. First of all, it can make these transactions at a lower cost by agreeing with the companies that offer the above-mentioned services. In the second way, it provides services with its own organizations (transport, insurance, leasing, customs, etc.).

Technical Function

As it is known, one of the common complaints of SMEs and all companies dealing with foreign trade is the complexity of the relevant legislation. When the standards to be complied with in foreign markets and the legislation of those countries are added to this legislation, the difficulties faced by exporter/importer companies can be better understood. Globalmark has the opportunity to more closely monitor the legislation related to existing and new markets and the legislation in Turkey and Germany with its experts. Within the scope of Globalmark's technical function, it is beneficial to examine a subject better. Globalmark also fulfills an important function in meeting large-volume orders by ensuring the coordination between its partners and the demands received from abroad.

Conclusion

Globalmark enables manufacturers and sectoral foreign trade companies to gather under an organization within the export sector, to open up to world markets, to specialize in foreign trade and thus to operate more effectively. As a result, Globalmark increases the income and profitability of sectoral foreign trade companies and is indispensable for all companies in today's global world by increasing their market dependency and reaching a sustainable size.
